Carrie is a multi-business entrepreneur, Founder and President, who has leveraged her strengths of innovative thinking, personal development and dynamic speaking to create numerous companies in a few short years.  After serving over 2,000 first responders and active duty military across 10 states, from entry level to Chief of Police and Sheriff, she is building influence nationwide as an organizational culture educator for law enforcement, active duty military and corporate executive teams.  As prior law enforcement herself, Carrie brings experience from Patrol Operations, Special Operations, Community Policing, Crisis Intervention and Recruit Training.  She was part of the dynamic law enforcement culture and brings that firsthand knowledge into her program, Culture Ed, along with her recent development of Triad Leadership & Development, which have received 100% satisfaction ratings from course participants. Her expertise lies in generational studies, gender differences and neuro-leadership, personal development, mindset training and the 5 Appreciation Languages for the workplace. Carrie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from James Madison University and is an internationally certified facilitator.  Carrie is currently earning her Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Northcentral University.   Carrie resides in Georgia with her husband, Chris (USMC Ret.), and 3 young children.

    A B.S. in Psychology was completed within 4 years, along with a minor in criminal justice.  Developing academic skills at a high level while maintaining a mandatory requirement of at least a 3.0 GPA as a Division I NCAA athlete set me up for professional success in young adult years.

    As Dean of the National Command & Staff College (NCSC) for Law Enforcement and Corrections, I participated in and led content development for the Command & Staff Leadership Program (10 week school with graduate level Capstone presentations), led branding and marketing strategies for additional program development and was the primary trainer or keynote speaker at numerous annual Sheriff/Chief Conferences.

    As senior faculty at the National Command & Staff College I was a primary instructor for the 10 week Command & Staff Leadership Program, and the 2-day MAGNUS OVEA Workshop: Building a culture of accountability, anti-fragility and resiliency.In addition to instructor duties, both online and in-person, I assisted with program development and the vetting of new or additional instructors.

    As a sworn police officer, I held positions in Operations and Patrol (vehicle and bike), Uniformed Narcotics/COP, Special Operations (lead investigator) and facilitated in Professional Development & Training for Recruit Training.  I held a list of certifications and was an asset with the Crisis Intervention Team, focusing on de-escalating homicidal and suicidal subjects, barricaded subjects, and those in crisis with mental illness.
